Training
Learn how to use Wordfast Pro, a computer-assisted translation tool, to increase your productivity and improve the quality of your work. ApexTra offers group training courses, either in person or online.
The price for a full day of training varies from €150 to €350 per participant.
If you are part of an organization, a company, or an association and would like to plan an on-site training, please contact us and plan on the following budget:
- Trainer’s fee: €950 per day
- Accommodation and meal expenses: €100 per day
- Travel expenses
These prices vary depending on the location of the training. A trainer discount will be applied to on-site training in non-OECD countries.
Wordfast Pro Training
There are two levels of training for Wordfast Pro: beginner and intermediate.
- The beginner’s course is designed for translators who have little or no knowledge of CAT or Wordfast tools or who use Wordfast Pro without any initial training. Training is provided on-site or online via GoTo.
- The intermediate course is designed for translators, project managers, or LSPs who want to learn how to use the TM sharing features of Wordfast Pro in combination with Wordfast Anywhere or Wordfast Server. Training is provided on site.
All trainees will be entitled to a discount of 20% on the purchase of a new Wordfast Pro license at the end of the training.
For trainees working in France (salaried translators, freelancers, and self-employed), these training courses can be covered by the continuing professional development stipends from the FIF-PL or an OPCA.
